Located in one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza, Casa Tyane is a luxury villa designed for those seeking an exceptional vacation experience, with panoramic views of the sea, mountains, salt flats, and the island of Formentera. The property offers a perfect blend of privacy, comfort, and sophistication, with spacious areas and modern architecture designed to enjoy both the interior and exterior.

The villa features six master suites, all equipped with king-size beds of 180x200 cm, private bathroom, walk-in closet or built-in wardrobe, Smart TV, Sonos sound system, Wifi 6, and safe. Many of them also have sea views, a bathtub, or direct access to terraces with chill-out areas. On the lower floor, there is a seventh room, designed for staff or support personnel, fully equipped but without views, ideal for nannies or assistants.

The common areas of Casa Tyane invite relaxation and entertainment. The main living room is equipped with large sofas, a 4.5-meter cinema screen with a 4K projector, surround sound system, built-in bar, and a PlayStation 5 console. The fully equipped kitchen includes three different coffee makers, three refrigerators, two freezers, an ice maker, two ovens, a microwave, induction cooktop, two dishwashers, and complete tableware for up to 24 diners. There is also a second more intimate lounge with a PS4, perfect for quiet moments.

Outside, the villa has several relaxation areas with sofas, two outdoor dining areas, and a Sonos sound system to create the perfect atmosphere at any time of day. The two pools —one main pool of 17x7.5 meters with a beach-style area and another smaller pool of 2.4x6 meters, heated all year round with a counter-current system— allow enjoyment of the water at any time of year.

During the summer months, cleaning service is provided six days a week for eight hours a day, with sheet changes twice a week and towel changes three times a week. In winter, the service continues with an adapted frequency: four hours daily, bed sheet changes once a week, and towel changes twice a week.

Among its many amenities are air conditioning, underfloor heating, triple thermal insulation, Smart TVs in all rooms, two gas barbecues, washer, dryer, accessibility for people with reduced mobility in common areas and two suites, private parking for nine vehicles (four covered places), external security cameras (which can be deactivated if desired), and a Sonos sound system throughout the interior, exterior, and gym.
